Founder's Story - Veteran Owned

Donald Glenn Harrop Jr or Glenn, Co-Founder of Little Bull

I’m a retired, 21-year Air Force veteran with a 92% Veteran Administration disability. I currently hold an Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology and an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license. My wife, Patricia, and I reside in Rolla, MO with our four children and two grandchildren. I’ve always been very motivated to take care of my friends and family. I’ve done so by consistently working hard, staying focused and maintaining the moral compass and values that I was taught and have passed on to my children.

Growing up in a family of heavy equipment operators and miners, my youth involved frequent relocation and hands-on mechanical work with my father. These experiences exposed me to various equipment, cultures, and farming operations, shaping my expertise in agriculture and equipment use. I currently co-own and operate Harrop’s Leather, LLC creating leather goods such as belts, wallets, and purses.

Patricia Harrop, Co-Founder of Little Bull

I currently hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. I've consistently prioritized my family, preserving the moral principles and values instilled in me and passing them down to my children alongside my husband, Glenn.

I have always been a hard worker and problem solver, allowing me to operate under pressure and multi-task. Glenn and I are the perfect team, sharing our house and property workload, we work hard to get projects completed efficiently. I also currently co-own and operate Harrop’s Leather, LLC.

Our Little Bull Story

December 30th, 2020, we lost our 23-year-old nephew, Collin who was truly a “Little Bull”. Hardworking, dedicated, helpful and always there to try and make your life easier. He enjoyed helping on his grandparents’ hog farm or working at the local dairy farm where he was employed.

The night of December 29th, Collin volunteered to run to town for some dairy parts sometime after dark and never returned. He was found the next morning, December 30th, in his truck, upside down in the river. Apparently, he had slid on the ice, went off the road and rolled his truck several times down the embankment and into the water.

Collin and Little Bull are one and the same. In honor of their fallen cousin, two of our sons went and had matching tattoos done which is now our logo.
